Archaeology - Treasures of the Swiss National Museum

27.04.2012 - 14.10.2012

The most important objects from the Swiss National Museum’s archaeological collection are to be shown for the first time in French-speaking Switzerland. Ranging from the Palaeolithic Era to the High Middle Ages, these remarkable treasures shed light on everyday life in these societies and their artistic manifestations. It is the only collection in Switzerland that covers every period of archaeology throughout the country.
